Abstract

Artikel ilmiah ini membahas tentang pengawasan Dinas Pehubungan Kota Semarang terhadap

kelaikan BRT Trans Semarang, kendala dalam pengawasan serta upaya mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian ini yuridis sosiologis, spesifikasi penelitian ini deskriptif analitis, medote penentuan sampel berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui data primer dan data   sekunder,  metode   analitis   data  dalam  penelitian  ini  analisis   kualitatif.  Hasil  penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengawasan Dinas Pehubungan Kota Semarang terhadap kelaikan BRT Trans Semarang. Pengawasan kelaikan BRT Trans Semarang dibantu oleh Divisi Operasional dalam BLU UPTD Trans Semarang. Adapun kendala pengawasan meliputi, armada BRT Trans Semarang mogok/ kecelakaan upaya mengatasinya disiapkan armada SGO BRT Trans Semarang. Pengemudi BRT Trans Semarang keluar rute koridor upaya mengatasinya dikenakan   sanksi SP3   ke pengemudi tersebut. Penerapan PKM Kota Semarang untuk memutus pesebaran covid-19 upaya mengatasinya dilakukan penerapan social distance dan penyemprotan disinfektan pada armada BRT Trans Semarang setelah beroperasional maupun sebelum beroperasional.
