Artikel ilmiah ini membahas tentang penyelesaian sengketa wanprestasi ekonomi
syariah dalam Putusan Pengadilan Agama Banyumas: 1794/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Bms, Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus, spesifikasi
penelitiannya deskripstif analitis. Metode pengumpulan datanya studi kepustakaan dan
dokumentasi, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Dalam artikel ilmiah ini bahwa putusan Pengadilan Agama Banyumas Nomor
1794/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Bms sudah sesuai dengan Hukum Islam. Islam menekankan kepada
umatnya agar memenuhi akad-akadnya berdasarkan pada Al-Qur an Surah Al-Maidah ayat 1. Yang kedua, Pengadilan Agama Banyumas telah berupaya mendamaikan kedua belah pihak, sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dalam Surah Al-Hujurat 9-10. Dan Putusan Pengadilan Agama Banyumas sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan berdasarkan kesepakatan damai tanggal 25 Maret 2019 yang berarti kedua belah pihak menyetujui isi dari kesepakatan tersebut.
