    [Jurnal The Messenger] is a peer-reviewed journal, published by the Department of Communication, Faculty of Information Technology and Communication, Universitas Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. [Jurnal The Messenger] is intended to the national and international scholarly community. The aim of this journal is to publish high-quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the lates outstanding developments in the field of communication.     Jurnal Ius Constituendum is an open-access, double-masked, peer-reviewed law journal published by Magister Hukum Universitas Semarang. Jurnal Ius Constituendum is a scientific journal that includes research, court decisions, and assessment/comprehensive legal discourse both by researchers and society in general to emphasize the results in an effort to formulate new rules of the latest in the field of legal studies in accordance with the character of ius constituendum. Jurnal  Ius Constituendum, a periodic journal published three times a year in February, June, and October (since Volume 8, 2023),  has been indexed SINTA 3 (Accredited by the Directorate General of Research and Development of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 79/E/ KPT/2023).  Jurnal  Ius Constituendum, starting in December 2022, has collaborated on journal publication with the professional organization Ikatan Notaris Indonesia.     KADARKUM: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal nasional yang menerbitkan artikel-artikel hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang hukum. Jurnal Kadarkum bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan   perguruan tinggi, yang dapat diterapkan dalam masyarakat. Kadarkum berisikan bermacam kegiatan yang dilakukan baik oleh internal FH USM ataupun eksternal guna menangani dan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat dengan menerapkan ilmu hukum yang kemudian dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Jurnal Kadarkum sebagai wadah bagi peneliti maupun akademisi yang memuat artikel-artikel ilmiah dalam bidang hukum yang fokus pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kadarkum diharapkan menjadi jembatan komunikasi dan mendorong daya kritis antara para akademisi, pemerintah dan masyarakat guna menjadikan masyarakat sadar hukum.

Ruang lingkup publikasi meliputi penyuluhan dan sosialisasi hukum, pendidikan dan literasi hukum, pendampingan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis hukum, peningkatan kesadaran dan kepatuhan hukum, bantuan hukum, perlindungan hak-hak masyarakat, penyelesaian sengketa, serta penguatan akses terhadap keadilan. Jurnal ini juga memberikan ruang bagi pengabdian hukum yang berkaitan dengan berbagai persoalan sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan, dan perkembangan teknologi yang berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat.

    Sebagai wadah kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat, Jurnal Krida Hukum terbuka bagi akademisi, dosen, peneliti, praktisi hukum, serta pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk membagikan pengalaman, pendekatan, dan praktik baik yang memiliki manfaat nyata.
