Reswara Journal of Psychology (RJP) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Program Studi Magister Psikologi Universitas Semarang, Indonesia, providing a scholarly platform for academicians, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate original research and review articles that contribute to the advancement of psychological science and practice. The journal welcomes high-quality empirical, theoretical, and evidence-based studies across a broad range of psychological fields, including Urban Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Mental Health. RJP is committed to academic rigor, originality, relevance, and scholarly integrity through a double-blind peer-review process and aims to facilitate the dissemination of impactful psychological research at national and international levels.
