Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process evaluating contribution, originality, and relevance.

The editor will notify the authors of the review results as promptly as possible, ideally within 2 months. However, due to the increasing number of submissions received in recent months, the review process may take up to 4 months.

The peer-review process consists of:

1. Initial Screening
   The editor evaluates whether the manuscript fits the journal's scope. Similarity checks are conducted to detect plagiarism. Manuscripts unsuitable for the journal or having a high similarity percentage are returned immediately.

2. Double-Blind Review
   Manuscripts passing the initial screening undergo review by at least two anonymous experts. Reviewers evaluate scientific soundness, originality, clarity, and contribution to the field. Editors ensure that no conflict of interest exists when assigning reviewers.

3. Decision
   Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor decides whether the manuscript is accepted, requires major revisions, requires minor revisions, or is rejected.
