About the Journal

Journal Juridisch is a scientific journal that publishes research findings, court decision analyses, and comprehensive legal discourse conducted by researchers as well as the wider community. The journal aims to contribute to the formulation of new regulations and developments within the field of legal studies. Journal Juridisch is published three times a year, in March, July, and November.
