Copyrights Policy

Authors retain the copyright to articles published in Journal Juridisch. However, before an article is published, written confirmation from the Author is required to ensure the originality of the work (Author Originality Statement). This statement must be signed by at least one author who has obtained the consent of the co-authors, if applicable.
