Statement of Originality

Transformatika requires a signed Statement of Originality for every manuscript submission. This document supports academic integrity and publication ethics.

Authors must declare that:

  • the manuscript is original and does not infringe copyright;
  • it has not been published (in whole or in part) and is not under consideration elsewhere;
  • all listed authors contributed and are aware of their participation;
  • the authors attach a similarity/plagiarism check result (e.g., Turnitin) as a screenshot/capture.

Required uploads (during submission):

  1. Signed Statement of Originality (PDF).
  2. Screenshot/capture of similarity check report.
    Stamp: Rp10,000 duty stamp is required on the form (one stamp only).
