Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the form of free health services by Klinik Utama Sari Medika are carried out at certain intervals, with district-level area limitations. The problem encountered is that CSR service distribution is uneven and does not align with the priorities. A ranking is required to transform the service into a better and more objective system. This study aims to provide such a ranking. One method that can be used is profile matching with the appropriate selection of variables, including population size, number of poor residents, number of auxiliary health centers, accessibility, malnutrition rate, and the stunting rate. The novelty of this study lies in creating a district-level ranking based on variables that reflect reality, so that the fulfillment of CSR services in all districts is improved. The achieved level of fit was 84%, indicating that this method is suitable for the ranking process in the current problem.
