One of the units that plays an important role is the General Bureau, which supports university services related to general facilities needed by all members of the academic community, including leadership, lecturers, administrative staff, and students. The General Bureau oversees asset management, sanitation, security, and the service for borrowing campus operational vehicles. A common problem encountered in the vehicle lending unit is the frequent occurrence of vehicle loan requests simultaneously, making it difficult to determine borrower priority. The method used was simple additive weighting to produce a model for prioritizing campus vehicle loans. This study aims to rank all loan data during a specific period according to the input objects of each alternative or borrower so that the level of importance for borrowing operational vehicles can be fulfilled. The novelty of this study is that the determination of benefit and cost variables is not static but dynamic, allowing changes according to the needs of the decision-makers. The degree of alignment produced by this method in the context of prioritizing vehicle use was 95%.
