The distribution of ice cream products faces challenges in determining delivery priorities for resellers due to the large number of resellers, limited distribution fleets, and product characteristics that require timely delivery. Halocoko has around 2,500 resellers and outlets across Lombok Island, necessitating a decision-making mechanism capable of objectively determining distribution priorities. This study aims to implement a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods to determine reseller distribution priorities based on several decision criteria. The novelty of this research lies in applying the combination of AHP as the criteria weighting method and WASPAS as the ranking method to the case of ice cream product reseller distribution, which has been rarely addressed in previous studies. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach by involving 50 resellers as alternatives. The criteria used include purchase frequency, payment accuracy, purchase volume, distance, and reseller loyalty. The results show that purchase frequency is the most influential criterion with a weight of 0.53, while the Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.0676 indicates that the weighting satisfies consistency requirements. The ranking process using WASPAS selects Toko Hikara as the top-priority reseller with a preference value of 0.8659. The findings demonstrate that the combination of AHP and WASPAS can yield more objective, consistent, and measurable distribution priorities, thereby supporting the effectiveness of reseller distribution management at Halocoko.
