Abstract

Pencarian citra dengan menggunakan pengenalan bentuk dapat diterapkan dalam mendekteksi plat nomor mobil dari latar belakang pada sebuah citra. Citra input yang masih memiliki noise diperbaiki dengan beberapa metode seperti graylevel, morfology dan edge detection. Hasil dari citra enhancement dikenai metode segmentasi menggunakan moment untuk ekstraksi cirinya sehingga mampu menghasilkan pemisahan citra plat nomor mobil.
