Kompetensi dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mediasi kualitas kerja

Abstract


Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan job burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kualitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Munir, Wisnu, Heru dan Rekan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 111 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan menggunakan Skala Likert rentang 10 (1 s/d 10) dan analisis data menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modelling, yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. hasil terhadap analisis data diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kompetensi dan job burnout yang dimediasi oleh kualitas kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study is a quantitative study with the aim of analyzing the effect of competence and work fatigue on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable at the Public Appraisal Service Office of Munir, Wisnu, Heru and Partners with a total of 111 respondents. Collecting data through questionnaires distributed online using a Likert Scale ranging from 10 (1 to 10) and data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS analysis tools version 3.2.9. The results of data analysis show that competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on work quality, competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while competence and job burnout mediated by work quality have a positive and significant effect on performance employee.
