Archiving Policy

Humani (Hukum dan Masyarakat Madani) utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. These systems allow libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for long-term preservation and restoration.

All content in the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved with explicit publisher permission, secured through written agreements or online permission statements. The journal collaborates with LOCKSS network implementers to ensure that governance and legal frameworks are appropriate to the content, jurisdiction, rights management, and access provisions.

All published content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which supports long-term preservation, accessibility, and lawful reuse of scholarly materials.
