Focus and Scope

Jurnal Teknologi Pangan dan Hasil Pertanian is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology Semarang University, publishes original research results in the field of food covering aspects of food engineering, food chemistry, food biotechnology, nutrition, quality assurance and food safety. Articles that are published are the results of research and  review  (on invitation) of food and agricultural products that have not been published or not in the process of  review / publishing in other scientific journals and is the result of his own work is not plagiarism.

Peer Review Process

Submitted papers are evaluated by double blind peer review for contribution, originality and relevance. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 2 months. Please notice that because of the great number of submissions that Jurnal The Messenger has received during the last few months the duration of the review process can be up to 4 months.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
