Salah satu efek dari penggunaan teknologi adalah layanan teknologi yang semakin murah. Hal ini terjadi pada teknologi informasi yang menggunakan internet dan basis dalam protokol internet. Protokol voice over IP (VoIP) secara umum dibagi menjadi dua bagian. Bagian tersebut adalah kontrol / sinyal dan data suara. Yang paling sederhana dari sistem VoIP adalah dua buah komputer terhubung dengan internet. Kualifikasi dasar untuk membuat koneksi VoIP adalah computer terhubung dengan internet memiliki kartu suara yang dihubungkan satu sama lain dalam koneksi VoIP. Tetapi penekanan utama adalah koneksi keduanya dalam voice. Jika kedua lokasi adalah koneksi dengan jarak jauh (antara kota dan negara) bahwa keuntungan dari biaya dapat dilihat.Downloads
