Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Aplikasi Multimedia Terbaik Menggunakan Metode AHP dan WASPAS 56 28

Pemilihan aplikasi multimedia yang tepat menjadi hal penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pekerjaan desain grafis dan pengolahan visual digital. Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, dan Lightroom merupakan aplikasi multimedia yang memiliki karakteristik dan keunggulan berbeda sehingga diperlukan proses pemilihan yang objektif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aplikasi multimedia terbaik menggunakan pendekatan pembobotan prioritas kriteria berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya menggunakan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), sedangkan perangkingan alternatif aplikasi multimedia menggunakan metode WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner daring menggunakan Google Form terhadap 24 responden yang memiliki pengalaman menggunakan aplikasi multimedia. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi kualitas hasil, fitur, performa, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kecepatan proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kualitas hasil memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi sebesar 0,48532. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan metode WASPAS, Lightroom memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,9956 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai aplikasi multimedia terbaik, diikuti Adobe Photoshop sebesar 0,9878 dan CorelDraw sebesar 0,9636. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi metode AHP dan WASPAS mampu menghasilkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif, sistematis, dan terukur dalam pemilihan aplikasi multimedia.
