Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Prioritas Distribusi Reseller dan Outlet Ice Cream Halocoko Menggunakan Metode AHP-WASPAS 67 30

Distribusi produk ice cream membutuhkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat karena produk bersifat mudah mencair serta memiliki keterbatasan waktu pengiriman. Halocoko memiliki sekitar 2.500 reseller dan outlet di Pulau Lombok, sehingga penentuan prioritas distribusi tidak dapat hanya mengandalkan intuisi atau pengalaman pihak distributor. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengimplementasikan kombinasi metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dalam proses penentuan prioritas distribusi reseller dan outlet Halocoko agar pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan secara lebih objektif, sistematis, dan terukur.. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada penerapan kombinasi metode AHP dan WASPAS pada konteks distribusi reseller produk ice cream yang masih jarang dibahas pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 50 reseller sebagai sampel alternatif. Kriteria penelitian meliputi frekuensi pengambilan, ketepatan pembayaran, jumlah pembelian, jarak, dan loyalitas reseller. Metode AHP diterapkan untuk memperoleh bobot prioritas pada setiap kriteria, sementara metode WASPAS digunakan dalam proses perhitungan nilai preferensi serta penentuan ranking alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi pengambilan menjadi kriteria paling dominan dengan bobot 0.53 dan nilai Consistency Ratio sebesar 0.0676 yang menunjukkan pembobotan kriteria konsisten. Hasil perangkingan WASPAS menempatkan Toko Hikara sebagai reseller prioritas tertinggi dengan nilai 0.8659. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi AHP-WASPAS mampu membantu distributor menentukan prioritas distribusi reseller secara lebih objektif, efisien, dan mendukung optimalisasi proses distribusi produk ice cream.
