Once, our journal faced a challenge when it did not pass the desk evaluation because it was stated that our accreditation period had expired, even though our journal was still active up to Volume 8, Issue 2 (December 2024). In August 2024, we submitted an application for publication by sending the last issue, Volume 8, Issue 1 (June 2024), in accordance with the circular letter from Kemdikrisaintek numbered 0200/E5/DT.05.00/2024. However, when we submitted our journal, which met all the accreditation requirements, we were unfortunately informed that we did not pass the desk evaluation. The feedback we received stated, "The journal's accreditation period has expired. Please submit the last two issues of the previous year; if the journal publishes biannually, submit the last four issues" (see evidence). To this day, we have not received a response regarding this matter from the evaluators, even though we have made efforts to contact the relevant authorities but have yet to receive a reply.

Philanthropy: Journal of Psychology has officially been upgraded from SINTA 4 to SINTA 3, as stipulated in Decree Letter Number 29/C/C3/KPT/2026 dated January 02 2026 (see page 90, table number 407). This achievement reflects our commitment to maintaining high academic standards and strengthening the quality of our publications. The accreditation certificate is currently being processed.
