Kesejahteraan Subjektif dan Burnout pada Perawat Ruang Isolasi Rumah Sakit selama Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan antara kesejahteraan subjektif dan burnout pada perawat yang bekerja pada ruang isolasi COVID-19 RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan 53 perawat yang bekerja pada ruang isolasi COVID-19 serta diambil dengan teknik sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari tiga skala psikologi yang mengukur burnout yaitu MBI-HSS serta dua skala terpisah yang mengukur kesejahteraan subjektif seperti SWLS dan SPANE. Hasil uji korelasi pearson menunjukan r = -0,620 (p < 0,05), yang memiliki arti bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kesejahteraan subjektif dengan burnout, dimana semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif maka semakin rendah burnout pada perawat yang bekerja pada ruang isolasi COVID-19, begitu pula dengan sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar 38,5% memengaruhi burnout serta 61,5% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel-variabel lain.
