Kontrol Diri dan Kecenderungan Internet Addiction Disorder

Internet telah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan hari-hari ini. Namun, dampak penggunaan internet yang tidak sehat juga tidak bisa ditampik. Kontrol diri merupakan kemampuan yang mengarahkan perilaku seseorang, tidak terkecuali pada perilaku kecanduan internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri dan kecenderungan Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD), terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara kontrol diri dan kecenderungan Internet Addicion Disorder (IAD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Product Moment. Analisis Product Moment menghasilkan (r = -0,252, p < 0,05) sehingga hipotesis diterima. Artinya, kemampuan kontrol diri yang tinggi maka kecenderungan Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) semakin kecil, begitu juga sebaliknya.Downloads
