Konsep Diri, Regulasi Emosi Dan Asertivitas Pada Mahasiswa

Konsep diri dan regulasi emosi ditengarai memiliki pengaruh terhadap asertivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara empiris apakah konsep diri dan regulasi emosi mempengaruhi asertivitas pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 101 orang mahasiswa. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri dan regulasi emosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap asertivitas.
