Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui proses coding dan pengelompokan temuan berdasarkan tiga dimensi meaningful work dari Steger, yaitu positive meaning in work, meaning making through work, dan greater good motivation. Positive meaning in work muncul melalui kesesuaian minat, proses adaptasi, serta keterlibatan dalam pekerjaan. Meaning making through work terlihat melalui proses pembelajaran, pengembangan kemampuan, dan penerimaan terhadap kondisi pekerjaan.
