Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the editor, who determines whether they comply with the Jurnal Krida Hukum writing guidelines. Manuscripts that conform to the journal’s style will undergo peer review. Jurnal Krida Hukum is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that involves numerous expert reviewers in relevant fields of law. The final decision on manuscript acceptance is made entirely by the editor based on the reviewers’ comments. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not permitted. Jurnal Krida Hukum uses Turnitin to screen articles for plagiarism. The system detects text overlap and similarity, so proper citations must be used whenever necessary.
