Jurnal Krida Hukum provides open access to researchers to facilitate access to knowledge. The full text of articles published in this journal may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked to; stored; indexed; fed into software as data; or used for other legitimate purposes, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inherent in internet access itself.

This journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in addressing all aspects of publication ethics and, in particular, how to handle cases of research and publication misconduct. This statement outlines the ethical conduct expected of all parties involved in the article publication process in this journal, including Authors, Editor-in-Chief, Editor, Mitra Bestari, and is published by the Faculty of Law at Universitas Semarang. This journal is committed to following best practices regarding ethics, errors, and retractions. Preventing publication misconduct is one of the editorial board’s key responsibilities. Unethical behavior of any kind is unacceptable, and this journal does not tolerate plagiarism in any form.
