Abstract


This study aims to determine the communication process between front office employees at Hotel Neo Candi Semarang. The method used in the study is an interpretive qualitative method, using the Coordinated Management Of Meaning analysis. The results of the study indicate that the communication process carried out by employees of Hotel Neo Candi Semarang is a plan that aims to manage employee performance. The application of the communication process is a strategy to build customer service satisfaction. In the Coordinated Management Of Meaning analysis, the communication process that occurs between front office employees at Hotel Neo Candi Semarang includes ensuring that messages are received clearly by customers, fostering and ensuring that message recipients can understand all forms of regulations including offers of accommodation, and motivating employees to build healthy and effective performance.
