Bridge infrastructure development is a critical component in supporting regional connectivity and economic growth. This study aims to analyze and design a single-span bridge structure with a prestressed girder system at the Ngleses Bridge location, Juwangi District, Boyolali Regency. The methodology includes topographic and geotechnical surveys, hydrological analysis to determine design flood discharge, bridge geometric planning, structural calculations using SNI standards, and complementary structure planning. Hydrological analysis results show a 50-year return period design flood discharge of 129.8 m³/s, with flood water level serving as the basis for determining bridge elevation. Geometric planning produces a 30-meter bridge span with a total width of 7.0 meters adjusted to road classification and traffic volume. Structural analysis includes calculations for deck slabs, prestressed girder beams, abutments, and pile foundations considering dead loads, live loads, and environmental loads according to standard loading specifications. Planning results indicate that the bridge structure can withstand design loads with a maximum moment of 1850 kNm and shear force of 685 kN, with adequate safety factors. The contribution of this research is to provide a comprehensive bridge structural analysis and design methodology and serve as a reference for similar bridge projects in Indonesia.
