Abstrak Konsep dalam Perencanaan Lingkungan Permukiman Berbasis Komunitas (PLP-BK)
berupaya untuk menggabungkan kedua pendekatan perencanaan tersebut. PLP-BK merupakan
suatu proses membangun, dan mengembangkan tatanan sosial, budaya, ekonomi dan lingkungan
yang dilandasi oleh visi pembangunan yang dilakukan bersama masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan
keberadaan program ini, masyarakat berperan serta aktif dalam usaha pengembangan permukiman
setempat dengan mempertimbangkan potensi dan permasalahan yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Hasil
produk Perencaaan Lingkungan Permukiman Berbasis Komunitas itu sendiri merupakan suatu proses
yang dilahirkan dari partisipasi masyarakat untuk merumuskan perencanaan yang komprehensif.
Salah satu produk PLP-BK adalah Pemetaan Swadaya (PS) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui
potensi dan permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam lingkup suatu permukiman. Berdasarkan data
Pemetaan Swadaya tersebut kemudian disusunlah RTPLP (Rencana Tindak Penataan Lingkungan
Permukiman) , dimana RTPLP memuat perencanaan mikro (kawasan prioritas). RTPLP
menghasilkan perencanaan zonasi (block plan) untuk dijadikan acuan dalam penataan ataupun
pembangunan yang menjadi prioritas dari seluruh kawasan desa. Diharapkan hasil perencanaan
partisipatif PLP-BK mampu direalisasikan oleh masyarakat sendiri dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun
mendatang
Abstract Concepts in Environmental Planning Community-Based Settlement (PLP-BK) seeks to
combine both the planning approach..PLP-BK is a process of building and developing the social
order, culture, economy and environment are guided by a vision of development that is done with the
community. Expected by the existence of this program, the community participates actively in local
settlementsdevelopment effort by considering the potential and existing problems in the region.
Environmental planning and strategic product yield Community-Based Settlement itself is a process
that is born from community participation to formulate a comprehensive plan. One of the PLP-BK
product is Mapping Organization (PS), which aims to determine the potential and the problems
contained in the scope of a settlement. Based on the data mapping is then drafted RTPLP
Organization (Environmental Planning Action PlanSettlement), which contains RTPLP micro planning
(priority areas). RTPLP produce zoning plan (block plan)to be used as reference in the structuring or
the development of the priorities of the entire village area. Expected results of the participatory
planning PLPBKableto be realized by the community itself in a period of 5 years
