ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN WASTE BESI TULANGAN METODE KONVENSIONAL DENGAN SOFTWARE CUTTING OPTIMAZATION PRO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waste level, waste cost dan metode menggunakan software cutting optimization pro apakah dapat meminimalisir waste besi tulangan secara optimal. Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan data skunder didapat dari proyek SDN 3 Peguyangan. Dari data tersebut kemudian pembuatan bar bending schedule untuk dihitung waste level dan waste cost. Panjang kebutuhan besi pada bar bending schedule diinput ke dalam software cutting optimization pro. Hasil analisis menunjukkan waste level besi polos á´“6 mm didapat waste sebesar 9.1%, besi polos á´“8 mm 5.7%, besi polos á´“10 mm 3.3%, besi ulir D13 2.3%, dan besi ulir D16 2.4%. Rata-rata waste yang ditimbulkan dari kelima jenis besi tersebut sebesar 4.5%. Waste cost besi polos á´“6 mm didapat cost sebesar Rp. 491,062,00: besi polos á´“8 mm Rp. 3,313,569,00; besi polos á´“10 mm Rp. 1,505,565,00; besi ulir D13 Rp. 519,652,00 dan besi ulir D16 Rp. 2,792,373,00. Total waste cost yang ditimbulkan dari kelima jenis besi tersebut sebesar Rp. 8,620,222,00. Dari analisis software cutting optimization pro besi polos á´“6 mm didapat waste sebesar 0%, besi polos á´“8 mm 0.3%, besi polos á´“10 mm 0.02%, besi ulir D13 2.1%, dan besi ulir D16 0.6%. Rata-rata waste yang ditimbulkan dari kelima jenis besi tersebut sebesar 0.5%. Hasil perbandingan dengan metode konvensional didapat software cutting optimization pro dapat meminimalisir waste secara optimal sebesar 4%.
