Analisis Kecepatan Ekspedisi SPX Standard Berdasarkan Kelompok Waktu Operasional Menuju Last Mile Gunung Pati, Semarang

Dalam ekosistem perdagangan elektronik, efisiensi durasi pengiriman menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis distribusi waktu pengiriman layanan SPX Standard pada empat konfigurasi operasional, yaitu Kembar awal pekan, Kembar akhir pekan, Non-Kembar awal pekan, dan Non-Kembar akhir pekan, untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat efisiensi optimal, meskipun data Kembar akhir pekan tidak tersedia. Data diperoleh dari 509 pengguna e-commerce Shopee periode 2024–2025 dengan tujuan pengiriman Kecamatan Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Exploratory Data Analysis kuantitatif komparatif berbasis data logistik historis, dengan pengolahan menggunakan perangkat lunak RStudio. Uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal (p < 0,05), sehingga analisis hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji non-parametrik Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada median kecepatan pengiriman antar kelompok (X² = 6,4256; p = 0,04024). Konfigurasi Non-Kembar Awal Pekan memiliki median tertinggi, namun disertai dispersi yang sangat tinggi sehingga mencerminkan ketidakstabilan proses. Sebaliknya, Kembar Awal Pekan menunjukkan variabilitas rendah dan reliabilitas terbaik, diduga ada strategi peningkatan kapasitas saat periode puncak. Performa terendah terjadi pada akhir pekan, yang mengindikasikan keterbatasan operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecepatan operasional pada masa beban puncak relatif tidak berubah dibandingkan pada masa lainnya
