Peningkatan Efisiensi Drainase Perkotaan melalui Penerapan Infrastruktur Jalan Berkelanjutan di Kota Malang

Banjir yang sering terjadi di sepanjang Jalan Soekarno Hatta, Kota Malang menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas sistem drainase yang ada belum memadai serta kurangnya area resapan air di kawasan padat bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pendekatan Low Impact Development (LID) sebagai metode ramah lingkungan untuk meningkatkan kinerja drainase perkotaan dengan mengevaluasi dua teknik utama, yaitu saluran vegetatif (vegetative swale) dan perkerasan berpori (permeable pavement). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan EPA SWMM 5.1 dengan dua skenario, yaitu kondisi eksisting dan kondisi setelah penerapan LID, menggunakan data curah hujan periode 2015–2024 dari Stasiun Geofisika Malang yang diolah dengan Hydrognomon 4.0.3 menggunakan distribusi Person III. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan enam saluran mengalami limpasan berlebih dengan debit puncak melebihi 10 m³/detik pada kondisi eksisting, sedangkan setelah penerapan LID terjadi penurunan signifikan pada laju aliran dengan kesalahan kontinuitas di bawah 10%, menandakan model valid. Secara keseluruhan, vegetative swale memberikan hasil paling optimal dalam mengurangi limpasan dan meningkatkan infiltrasi, sehingga penerapan konsep LID terbukti efektif dan berkelanjutan untuk mitigasi banjir serta pengembangan infrastruktur hijau di Kota Malang.
