PENGARUH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN ORGANIZATONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI PADA PEGAWAI DI KECAMATAN SEMARANG TENGAH KOTA SEMARANG)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai baik melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Kecamatan Semarang Tengah Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kecamatan Semarang Tengah dengan jumlah 98 orang, dengan teknik sensus atau sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Employee engagement, Kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.. Dari hasil uji mediasi diperoleh bahwa OCB dapat memediasi pengaruh employee engagement dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai.
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Central Semarang District, Semarang City. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study were all State Civil Apparatus in Central Semarang District with a total of 98 people, using a census technique or saturated sample. The data collection method used a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques used were path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that employee engagement and transformational leadership have an effect on OCB. Employee engagement, transformational leadership and OCB have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB mediates the effect of employee engagement and transformational leadership on employee performance
