Abstract


Abstrak: Industri kreatif di Indonesia telah mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dalam beberapa tahunterakhir, menyebabkan persaingan dagang yang semakin ketat dan berbagai inovasi dalampemasaranproduk. Penelitian ini fokus pada industri kerajinan tangan, khususnya meronce aksesoris sepertigelang, kalung, dan cincin. Meskipun meronce terlihat mudah, tantangan terbesar adalahmenciptakan desain yang unik dan memastikan kekuatan tali penghubung agar tidak mudah lepas.Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, para produsen kerajinan tangan kini memanfaatkan pemasarandigital untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Digital marketing,yang melibatkan penggunaanmedia sosial untuk promosi, telah menjadi strategi utama dalam industri ini. Penelitian ini secarakhusus menyoroti penggunaan platform media sosial TikTok sebagai alat pemasaran digital. TikTok,yang terkenal di kalangan remaja dan dewasa muda, menyediakan fitur e-commerce seperti TikTokShop dan live shop, yang memungkinkan produsen untuk menjual produk mereka secara langsungmelalui aplikasi. Melalui penelitian ini,kami mengeksplorasi efektivitas TikTok sebagai mediapemasaran digital bagi para produsen kerajinan tangan, serta bagaimana platform ini dapatmendukung pertumbuhan industri kreatif di Indonesia.Kata kunci: industri kreatif, kerajinan tangan, meronce aksesoris, pemasaran digital, mediasosial, TikTok, TikTok Shop, live shop.Abstract: The creative industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in recent years, causingincreasingly tight trade competition and various innovations in product marketing. This researchfocuses on the handicraft industry, especially accessories such as bracelets, necklaces and rings.Even though stringing looks easy, the biggest challenge is creating a unique design and ensuring thestrength of the connecting rope so that it doesn't come loose easily. As technology develops,handicraft producers are now utilizing digital marketing to expand their market reach. Digitalmarketing, which involves the use of social media for promotion, has become a key strategy in theindustry. This research specifically highlights the use of the social media platform TikTok as a digitalmarketing tool. TikTok, which is popular among teenagers and young adults, provides e-commercefeatures such as TikTok Shop and live shop, which allow manufacturers to sell their products directlythrough the app. Through this research, we explore the effectiveness of TikTok as a digital marketingmedium for handicraft producers, as well as how this platform can support the growth of the creativeindustry in Indonesia.Keywords: creative industry, handicrafts, accessories, digital marketing, social media,TikTok, TikTok Shop, live shop
