Financial awareness is one of the key aspects in ensuring the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSME actors still face challenges in financial management, such as poor record-keeping, the mixing of personal and business finances, and limited access to formal financial institutions. These conditions formed the basis for selecting the topic of this community service program, which focused on enhancing financial awareness for MSMEs partnered with PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) in Kuningan Subdistrict, Semarang City. The purpose of this activity was to improve financial awareness so that MSME actors are able to manage their business finances more effectively and sustainably. The method applied was participatory education through interactive lectures, case studies, and financial record-keeping simulations. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants’ financial knowledge and behavior. Average scores of knowledges and attitudes improved, and participants were able to prepare simple cash flow statements. These findings demonstrate that the participatory method is effective in improving the financial awareness of MSMEs. The outcomes of this program are important as a foundation for developing broader financial literacy initiatives and strengthening access to formal financing.
