Kajian Pemberian Rekomendasi Ijin Pendaftaran Tanah Bantaran Sungai di Kota Surakarta

Abstract

The emergence of settlements on riverbank land is a reflection of low public awareness of spatial planning aspects. The Surakarta City Government, with certain considerations, provides recommendations or gives permission to the community to certify riverbank land. The aim of this research is to describe the basic considerations given in the recommendation for granting permits by the Surakarta City Government for riverbank residents to obtain land rights certificates. This research is a type of empirical juridical research, namely discussing the implementation and testing the implementation of legal provisions in practice. Research on the implementation of the Klaten Regency jurisdiction. Data sources use primary data from interviews, observations and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: First, the basis for considering land certificates for applications for land rights on riverbanks is that the applicant has occupied the area for a long time, is willing to be landscaped, outside the river, the applicant complies with regulations, is more productive, the contour of the land is hard; safe from flood areas; Second, the obstacles that arise are the long application process, minimal community knowledge regarding land certification procedures, rejection by other community members.
