Abstract

The Joint Business Group (KUB) of Busana Mandiri Tailors in Semarang City faces digitalization challenges, namely fragmented order management through instant messaging without a centralized system, and manual recording of orders and customer measurements that is prone to errors. This community service program aims to improve tailors' digital capacity through the implementation of an integrated mobile ordering application named SIJAH (Sistem Informasi Jahit). The implementation method used a Participatory Action Learning approach through task-based training and direct mentoring involving 14 tailor participants. Digital competency was evaluated using an 18-item test, while perceived usability was measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach. The results show a high level of participants' digital competency with an average score of 14.0 out of 18 (77.8%); 10 of 14 participants (71.4%) reached the good to excellent category. The SIJAH application was successfully implemented as a single hub for catalog, ordering, measurement input, and order status tracking. This activity delivered an impact in the form of increased digital order-management capacity and provided a foundation for the sustainability of the partner tailors' digital transformation.
