Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kepercayaan mahasiswa Papua yang merantau di Semarang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan kepercayaan diri. Semakin tinggi konsep diri, maka semakin tinggi pula kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Papua yang merantau di Semarang, begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah konsep diri, maka semakin rendah pula kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa Papua yang merantau di Semarang. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 171 mahasiswa Papua yang merantau di Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu Skala Konsep Diri dan Kepercayaan Diri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik Korelasi Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa Papua yang merantau di Semarang dengan nilai rho = 0,448 dan p = 0,000 (p<0,01), sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.
