Hubungan Optimis Dengan Coping Stress Mahasiswa Universitas X Yang Mengalami Peralihan Pembelajaran Daring Ke Luring 84 84

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai hubungan antara Optimisme dengan Coping Stress pada diri mahasiswa Angkatan 2022 Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan yang positif signifikan antara Optimisme dengan Coping Stress mahasiswa Angkatan 2022 Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Semarang yang mengalami peralihan pembelajaran dari daring ke luring. Semakin tinggi optimisme pada diri mahasiswa maka semakin adaptif pula coping stress yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini melibatkan 103 mahasiswa Angkatan 2022 kelas reguler pagi sebagai responden. Analisis data yang digunakan peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi Product Moment. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala optimisme dan skala coping stress. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara optimisme dan coping stress dengan korelasi person = 0,000 dan nilai korelasi = 0,696, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.
