[Jurnal The Messenger] is intended to the national and international scholarly community. The aim of this journal is to publish high-quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the lates outstanding developments in the field of communication. Articles published are the results of research, bringing the new sights (scope) on Cultural Studies, Integrated Marketing Communication, and Media. Setiap artikel yang masuk ke staf editorial akan dipilih melalui proses Desk Review dan Evaluasi Naskah Awal oleh Dewan Editorial. KADARKUM: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal nasional yang menerbitkan artikel-artikel hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bidang hukum. Kadarkum diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Hukum Universitas Semarang (FH USM). Kadarkum diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Kadarkum terbit dalam Bahasa Indonesia secara online. Fokus dan ruang lingkupjurnal ini fokus pada semua isu-isu hukum dalam pengabdian dan penguatan kepada masyarakat.

Kadarkum bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan   perguruan tinggi, yang dapat diterapkan dalam masyarakat. Kadarkum berisikan bermacam kegiatan yang dilakukan baik oleh internal FH USM ataupun eksternal guna menangani dan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat dengan menerapkan ilmu hukum yang kemudian dapat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat.
